These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Porkin Rips and purchases made through this store. By using the site, creating an account, placing an order, submitting a Rip or Ship selection, or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Store Use

You agree to provide accurate account, contact, billing, and shipping information. You may not use the site for fraud, abuse, scraping, unauthorized access, payment misuse, order interference, or any activity that disrupts store operations.

Products and Availability

We sell trading cards, sealed products, graded cards, accessories, and livestream-related Rip or Ship items. Product photos, descriptions, prices, quantities, and availability may change. We may correct errors, limit quantities, cancel suspicious orders, or refuse service where appropriate.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we confirm payment and begin fulfillment. We may cancel or refuse an order because of stock issues, pricing errors, payment problems, fraud concerns, shipping restrictions, or operational problems.

Rip or Ship Sealed

For eligible products, you may choose quantities to be ripped/opened or shipped sealed. You are responsible for reviewing your Rip and Ship Sealed selections before checkout. Once an order is locked, opened, ripped, packed, or shipped, changes may be limited or unavailable.

Livestreams

Rip orders may be associated with livestreams or replays. Stream schedules, platforms, links, and replay availability may change. We try to avoid exposing private order information publicly, but your chosen display name, order number segment, product selection, or rip result may be discussed or visible during a stream where operationally necessary.

Payments, Taxes, and Shipping

You agree to pay the displayed order total, including product prices, shipping, taxes, and applicable fees. Shipping estimates and delivery times are not guarantees. Risk of loss may transfer when the carrier receives the package, subject to applicable law and carrier rules.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns, cancellations, refunds, address changes, damaged shipments, missing items, and incorrect items are handled under our Return and Cancellation Policy. That policy is part of these terms.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or order information has been misused.

Intellectual Property

The site design, store branding, text, images, and other content belong to Porkin Rips or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Pokemon and related marks belong to their respective owners. This store is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by those owners unless expressly stated.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Porkin Rips is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost value, market changes, stream interruptions, carrier delays, or service outages.
